I have a friend who was in Krakow, Poland travels to Berlin, Germany, on Air Berlin.
If your flight leaves at 13.55 (1:55 Clock), when should arrive at the airport in Krakow? Who are the recent experiences?

I was not at the airport in Krakow, but I would be surprised if not all other small and medium-size airports.
Two hours prior to departure is a good shot. Then it will be stressful if something goes wrong, like a street behind.
If all goes well, will be at the gate 1.5 hours before departure. If there are queues or problems with check-in/security, it will be at the gate 1 hour before departure. Normally, the plane 30 minutes before departure.
Only in very small domestic airports (I have previously) visited page when I followed my rule 2h, and 1h enough.
