How can I make an 80's style hair bow out of a bandana? - big bandana

I wear "80" for Halloween - and have a tissue or handkerchief kind of thing that comes to my computer, I turned in a huge arc from the 80's. I turn red hair, and I wanted to connect in some way the great arc in it. The scarf is great if you do not cut until you know how. Any suggestions on this?
