Why the Spanish subjunctive used in this sentence?
The lines in question are one of my favorite poem, "Mi Ultimo Adios" or "My Last Goodbye", by José Rizal. They say he wrote the day before his execution by the Spaniards.

The line in question is near the end:
And when my grave forgotten everything
No crosses have no stone at his place \\ \\ mark \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt;
Leave it to the people, the spread of a hoe
And my ashes, before returning to nothingness,
The dust will be formed from your carpet.
Then nothing matters, you make me forget. \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ U0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ u0026lt;
Your mood, your space, your valleys I cross.
Vibrant and clear note in the ear,
Aroma, light, colors, marbles, singing, moaning,
Constantly repeating the essence of my faith.
Why do you use the subjunctive here?
Thank you!
